Shipping Overview
At Light Your Fire, we ship SimpliFire electric fireplaces quickly and safely to customers across the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Hutto, Texas.
Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: Ships next business day after order confirmation
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed by 3:00 PM CST ship same day (Monday-Friday)
- Weekend Orders: Process on the next business day (Monday)
Shipping Costs
- Orders $1,500+: FREE standard freight shipping
- Orders under $1,500: Calculated at checkout based on size and destination
- Typical Cost Range: $150-$300 for standard freight (if applicable)
Delivery Time
- Standard Freight: 3-7 business days after shipment
- Texas Deliveries: Typically 2-4 business days
- West Coast: 5-7 business days
- East Coast: 4-6 business days
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order shipping. You can track your delivery in real-time using the provided tracking number.
Freight Delivery Process
SimpliFire fireplaces are delivered via freight carrier due to their size and weight. Here's what to expect:
1. Delivery Notification
The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
2. Curbside Delivery
Standard freight delivery is to the curb or first threshold. The driver will unload the item from the truck, but will not bring it into your home.
3. Inspection Upon Delivery
IMPORTANT: Inspect your fireplace immediately upon delivery. Look for any visible damage to the packaging or product. If you notice damage:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of the damage and packaging
- Contact us within 7 days at (512) 813-9316
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- US Territories
- International addresses

All SimpliFire fireplaces are:
- Packaged in original manufacturer boxes
- Secured on pallets for freight shipping
- Wrapped and protected for safe transit
- Fully insured during shipping
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

- Provide photos of any damage
- Keep all original packaging
- We will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement at no cost
