How quickly will my fireplace ship?

In-stock models ship next business day. You'll receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order.

Do you offer installation services?

SimpliFire fireplaces are designed for DIY installation. We provide full installation guides and are available to answer any questions during your install.

What if my fireplace arrives damaged?

All shipments are fully insured. Inspect upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there's any damage. We'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
